Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and objectives, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and development, to ensure the successful execution of client projects and campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the client experience and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
