VP of Growth Marketing

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of the overall growth marketing strategy, including acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive growth across all channels.
  • Drive the development and implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads, acquire customers, and increase revenue.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to track progress against goals and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, and leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation.
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive insights, inform decision-making, and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
